Ingredients

  • 150 grams sugar
  • 250 ml water
  • 2 lemon (s), organic
  • 1 vanilla pod (s)
  • 5 leaves mint, as fresh as possible
  • 1 egg white

Instructions

  1. Peel the lemons. Briefly bring the peel to the boil in the water with the sugar, the pulp of the vanilla pod and the chopped mint leaves. Remove the lemon peel from it and let it cool down. Then add the lemon juice, whip the egg whites until stiff, fold in the mixture and let it freeze in the ice cream maker.
