- 1 liter mineral water
- 1 lemon (s), organic
- 1 sprig lemon balm
- 1 handful ice cubes

- Cut the organic lemon into slices. Now put the mineral water, the lemon wedges and the sprig of lemon balm in a large, sealable carafe and put it in the fridge for about 1 hour.
