Preheat oven to 150 ° C fan oven.
Mix the eggs with the sugar and 1 packet of vanilla sugar until creamy. Add oil and stir well. Mix the flour with the baking powder and mix into the egg mixture alternately with the shower head. Put the dough in muffin molds and bake for about 20 minutes on the middle shelf. Then let it cool down.
For the cream, whip the cream with the vanilla sugar until stiff. Mix in the sour cream and vanilla sauce powder until a light, firm mixture is formed. Now put the topping on the muffins and decorate as desired.
Tip:
You can also color the cream with food coloring. Then it`s a hit for Halloween or birthdays.
