  • Vegetable oil – 100 grams
  • Wheat flour – 300 grams
  • Soda – 1 Teaspoon
  • Mexican Blend – 350 Grams
  • Greens – 1 Bunch
  • Salt – 1 Teaspoon

  1. Prepare all the ingredients you need.
  2. Sift flour with baking soda and salt into a deep container.
  3. Add ghee and crush the flour and butter into crumbs.
  4. Add water and knead the dough.
  5. Place the Mexican mixture in a skillet, add the chopped herbs and fry for 10 minutes.

  6. Divide the dough into several parts, roll out a circle, divide it in half and form a cone.
  7. Layout the filling and blind the edges.
  8. Take a heat-resistant form, put the pies and send to the preheated oven to 180 degrees for 30 minutes.
