  • 1 can lentils
  • 1 cucumber (s)
  • 3 spring onion (s)
  • 1 large tomato (s)
  • 0.5 ½ bunch parsley, smooth
  • 2 pointed peppers
  • salt and pepper
  • olive oil
  • Lemon juice

Instructions

  1. Briefly wash the lentils under running water and let them drain well.
  2. Core the tomato and cucumber and dice. Chop the peppers and spring onions into small pieces. Cut the parsley into small pieces as required.
  3. Mix everything with the lentils and season with olive oil, salt, pepper and lemon juice.
