Ingredients

  • 1 small Jar / s lentils
  • 2 bell peppers, diced
  • 1 small leek stick (s), in rings
  • 1 small Can (s) tomato (s) (pizza tomatoes), diced
  • 1 cup rice
  • 1 cup water
  • Salt and pepper, pepper, ginger powder,
  • olive oil
  • 1 dash vinegar
  • 1 pinch (s) ginger powder
  • 1 pinch (s) rosemary
  • 1 pinch (s) cinnamon

Instructions

  1. Put on rice and cook. Stew the peppers and leeks in olive oil. Add the pizza tomatoes and simmer while stirring. Add the lentils and simmer for 5-10 minutes. Season with salt and pepper and sprinkle in a pinch of rosemary, ginger and cinnamon each. Finally add a dash of vinegar.
