Lettuce with Pear Pieces

• 1 head lettuce (lettuce)
• 1 pear (s), juicy
• 2 tablespoon lemon juice, freshly squeezed
• 3 tablespoon olive oil
• 2 tablespoon pumpkin seeds

Instructions

1. Wash and spin the lettuce. Just roughly cut the heart leaves and place in a bowl. Core, dice and add the pear.
2. Mix in the lemon juice and olive oil. Roast the pumpkin seeds in a small pan without fat and sprinkle immediately over the salad.
