  • 400 g dumplins, Bohemian (leftovers)
  • 300 g meat sausae (ham sausae)
  • 2 onions)
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 4 egg (s)
  • 250 ml milk
  • salt and pepper
  • Worcester Sauce

Instructions

  1. Cut the dumpling into 1 to 2 cm cubes. Set aside in a container.
  2. Chop the sausage, onion and garlic and fry in a pan. Meanwhile, whisk the eggs with the milk and spices. When the sausage is already a bit brown, add the dumplings and roast a little so that they brown slightly. Finally, pour the egg mixture over it and carefully stir in until the egg is set. Now serve.
  3. The Liberecer adds Tatarska, of course.
  4. The original recipe does not include garlic. It is only seasoned with salt and pepper. And instead of the egg-milk mixture, only eggs are used. However, we like it best after many delicious test meals.
