Ingredients

  • 80 g suar
  • 90 g mararine (semi-fat mararine)
  • 1 pinch (s) salt
  • 1 teaspoon Baking powder
  • 180 g flour
  • 8 apples (e.g. Boskoop)
  • 70 g suar
  • 1 packet vanilla sugar
  • 2 packs pudding powder, vanilla
  • 700 ml milk, 1.5% fat
  • 100 g flour
  • 65 g suar (if necessary, some the suar can be replaced by vanilla suar)
  • 65 g butter, cold

Instructions

  1. Make a shortcrust pastry from egg, sugar, semi-fat margarine, salt, baking powder and flour, cool it briefly and then fill it into a greased springform pan, pulling up one edge. Chill the springform pan again. Peel and core the apples and cut into approx. 1.5 cm pieces, then spread on the dough. Mix the sugar and vanilla sugar with the custard powder and some milk, bring the rest of the milk to the boil and stir in the mixed mixture. Bring to the boil again and immediately pour over the apples in the pan. Quickly prepare streusel from the cold butter, sugar and flour and spread on the pudding that has formed a skin on top. Bake in the preheated oven (below) at 175 ° C for approx. 70 minutes. After the baking time, remove the cake and let it cool down!
