  • 100 ml milk, low in fat

  • 250 g minced beef
  • 2 teaspoons parsley, chopped
  • 1 teaspoon paprika powder

Instructions

  1. Pre-cook the pasta in salted water for about six minutes.
  2. Wash the leek and cut into rings. Press the garlic. Melt the processed cheese in a mixture of broth and milk and season with salt, pepper and paprika powder.
  3. Preheat the oven to 200 ° C (convection 180 ° C).
  4. Heat oil in a pan. Fry the minced meat with garlic and leek rings until crumbly. Drain the pasta and place in a baking dish with the minced beef, leek rings and sauce.
