Ingredients

  • 1 leek
  • Salt water
  • 1 pack ham or fresh bacon, diced
  • 1 tablespoon cream cheese
  • 1 tablespoon milk
  • salt and pepper
  • parsley

Instructions

  1. Cook the cleaned leek in salted water until it is soft or firm to the bite (as desired). Drain and set aside.
  2. Fry the ham or bacon cubes in a pan, add the leek. Season everything with pepper and parsley. At the end, mix a spoonful of cream cheese with milk, add and stir (or just a little sour cream or creme fraîche).
  3. Tastes great as a light snack or as a side dish.
