Ingredients

  • 1 sachet Ebly, 25 g
  • 0.5 ½ cucumber (s)
  • 1 tomato (s)
  • 100 g feta cheese
  • 1 spring onion (s)
  • 1 red pepper (s)
  • 1 handful rocket
  • 4 tablespoon olive oil
  • 6 tablespoon balsamic vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • salt
  • pepper
  • Herbs and spices to taste

Instructions

  1. Prepare Ebly according to the instructions on the package, rinse with cold water and allow to cool in a bowl.
  2. Cut the cucumber, tomato, bell pepper and the feta into cubes. Cut the spring onion into rings.
  3. Mix everything with the Ebly. Then add the lemon juice, then olive oil and balsamic vinegar to the salad and season with salt, pepper and herbs.
  4. Fold in the rocket just before consumption.
