Ingredients

  • 125 g mozzarella
  • 500 g potato noodles
  • 2 tablespoon olive oil
  • salt and pepper
  • 3 bell peppers, red, yellow, green
  • some sugar
  • 12 cherry tomato (s)
  • Pesto, green

Instructions

  1. Cut the mozzarella into cubes.
  2. Brown the potato noodles in olive oil, season with salt and pepper.
  3. Clean the peppers, cut them into pleasant pieces and spread them on a baking sheet lined with baking paper. Leave some space on one side for the tomatoes. Add sugar and brown lightly under the hot grill. Wrap the cherry tomatoes in aluminum foil, place them on the side of the tray and bake for about 6 minutes.
  4. Arrange the potato noodles with the pepper pieces, mozzarella and cherry tomatoes on a platter and drizzle generously with pesto. Also ideal for the buffet. You can enjoy it warm and cold.
