Ingredients

  • 2 small onions
  • 1 teaspoon vegetable oil
  • 2 bell pepper (s)
  • 120 g cooked ham
  • 500 g pasta, (whole wheat pasta)
  • 2 teaspoons herbs
  • salt and pepper
  • Paprika powder
  • 300 ml vegetable stock
  • 125 g processed cheese, half-fat level
  • 1 packet cheese, grated, reduced fat

Instructions

  1. Cook the noodles in salted water until they are al dente.
  2. Cut the onions, peppers and the boiled ham into cubes. Briefly sauté the onion cubes in oil. Mix the pasta with the onions, paprika, boiled ham and the herbs, place in a baking dish and then season with salt, pepper and paprika powder.
  3. Heat the broth and melt the processed cheese in it and season with pepper. Then pour the processed cheese broth over the pasta and sprinkle the cheese on top.
  4. Gratinate in a preheated oven at 200 ° C for approx. 25 minutes.
