Ingredients

  • 250 g pasta
  • 1 small onion (s), red
  • 0.25 ¼ cucumber (s)
  • 10 cocktail tomatoes
  • 200 g natural yourt
  • 2 tablespoon white wine vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon oil
  • Salt and pepper
  • 1 tablespoon tomato paste
  • 1 bunch herbs, e.g., Dill, parsley and basil
  • 1 tablespoon mayonnaise

Instructions

  1. Cook the pasta according to the instructions on the packet and let it cool. Cut the cucumber into pieces, dice the onion, halve the tomatoes.
  2. Mix all the ingredients together and let them steep in the fridge for a good 1 hour. Garnish with herbs.
