- 50 ml balsamic vinegar
- 50 ml olive oil
- 1 teaspoon mustard (medium hot or mild)
- 1 teaspoon honey

- Wash the rocket, shake it dry and cut it bite-sized with the scissors. Wash and halve the tomatoes and place in a bowl with the rocket.
- Put the balsamic vinegar, oil, mustard and honey in a small bowl and whisk well with the whisk. Mix the dressing with the salad and crumble the feta over the salad.
