Ingredients

  • 1 head Romanesco
  • 500 g minced meat, mixed
  • 1 tablespoon oil
  • 2 tablespoon cream cheese
  • 250 ml vegetable stock
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

  1. Season the minced meat with salt and pepper and fry in the oil in a pan. Cut the romanesco into small florets and add to the minced meat, fry briefly. Deglaze the contents of the pan with the vegetable stock and continue to cook covered until the romanesco has a nice consistency. Stir in the cream cheese and serve.
  2. Optionally, cheese can also be stirred in or served sprinkled with cheese.
