Ingredients

  • Chicken eggs – 3 pcs.
  • Parsley – 0.25 bunch.
  • Dill – 0.25 bunch.
  • Vegetable oil – 50 ml
  • Lemon juice – 20 ml
  • Salt to taste
  • Pepper – on the tip of a knife

Directions

  1. Cut the lemon into quarters and squeeze the juice out of one. This should be enough for a salad dressing.
  2. Wash eggs, cover with cold water, add half a teaspoon of salt. put on fire, bring to a boil, and cook for 8 minutes, so that it is hard-boiled. Cool in cold water, peel.
