  • 600 g kefir, yourt
  • 100 g biscuit (s), (oat)
  • 1 vanilla pod (s)
  • powdered sugar

Instructions

  1. Chop the strawberries and sweeten them with a little powdered sugar.
  2. Chop the mango too.
  3. Mix the yogurt with the pulp of the vanilla stick and crumble the biscuits in a bowl.
  4. Layer all ingredients in a glass and serve chilled.
  5. Tip: You can also use natural yoghurt or quark as an alternative.
