Ingredients

  • 300 g veetables (imperial veetables - cauliflower, broccoli, carrots), frozen
  • 1 small bell pepper (s), yellow
  • 1 zucchini (about 220 g)
  • 1 cup cream cheese (0.2% fat or reduced fat to taste, 200 g)
  • salt and pepper
  • Garlic granules from the mill
  • Herbs your choice

Instructions

  1. Defrost the imperial vegetables in the microwave. Meanwhile, cut the zucchini and peppers into small pieces and sauté in a pan with a little water until al dente.
  2. Cut the defrosted imperial vegetables into smaller pieces and add to the pan. Stir in the beaker of cream cheese and season with the spices. Finally add the herbs.
  3. With the specified ingredients you get a total of about 270 calories, which really fill you up and keep you full!
