Ingredients

  • 1 zucchini
  • 1 large onion (s)
  • 1 leek
  • 100 g processed cheese, 10% fat

  • Paprika powder

  • Chili powder
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 1 teaspoon olive oil

Instructions

  1. Peel the carrots, cut into sticks and put them in boiling water. Shortly afterwards, when the carrots are starting to soften, add the sliced leek and broccoli chopped into roses. Cook everything through but still firm to the bite. In the meantime, fry the diced onion in a pan or a wok in the oil, add the zucchini and chopped garlic.
  2. Then add the strained vegetables with some of the cooking water. Stir in the processed cheese and season everything with salt, pepper, paprika, curry and chilli to taste.
  3. This dish can be modified depending on the season, and the spices can also be varied depending on your mood.
