Ingredients

  • 500 g natural yohurt, 3.5% fat
  • 2 orange (s)
  • 2 tablespoon honey
  • 4 stems mint

Instructions

  1. Peel and fillet the oranges and cut the fillets in half. Put two fillets aside for decoration, squeeze the rest of the oranges by hand. Pluck the leaves from the mint and roughly chop. Save two sheets for decoration.
  2. Pour the yoghurt into a bowl, add the honey, stir well and let it steep a little. Stir the orange juice into the honey-sweetened yogurt, stir in the mint and fold in the orange fillets.
  3. Serve the yoghurt in two bowls and decorate with the orange fillets and the mint leaves.
