Instructions

  1. Place the condensed milk in the freezer and leave for 2-2.5 hours. Shake a little every now and then so that everything freezes evenly. However, it is important that the condensed milk does not freeze completely, only very slightly!
  2. Now put the slightly frozen condensed milk in a bowl and whip, as you are used to with whipped cream.
  3. The volume almost triples, so use a slightly larger bowl.
  4. Gradually pour in the sugar and vanilla sugar. Keep beating vigorously.
  5. Now slowly add lemon juice and yoghurt and continue beating on the highest level.
  6. Finally, add the chocolate flakes and just fold in briefly until the chocolate flakes are evenly distributed in the mass
  7. Put the very airy mass in the ice cream maker or prepare the ice cream in the freezer, but stir regularly so that no ice crystals can form.
  8. Although there is no cream in the ice cream, it becomes very creamy and fluffy.
  9. You can use any yogurt you like, depending on your taste.
  10. The ice cream tastes very good with sweetener and is lower in calories, but it also tastes good with normal sugar, as stated.
  11. You can use grated dark chocolate or whole milk chocolate, depending on how you like it best.
