Ingredients

  • 2 zucchini, (or 1 large, home-grown)
  • 3 medium potato (s)
  • 2 onions)
  • 1 tablespoon stock, grained
  • salt
  • pepper
  • 1 teaspoon olive oil

Instructions

  1. Roughly dice the onions and washed zucchini. Peel and roughly dice the potatoes.
  2. Heat the olive oil in a coated saucepan and sauté the onions in it. Add the zucchini and potatoes. Deglaze with water (approx. 500 ml). Add the stock powder and simmer for about 30 minutes with the lid closed.
  3. Then puree everything and season well.
