Soak cucumbers in cold water for a couple of hours. Rinse.
Wash greens. Put half the herbs and peppercorns on the bottom of the pan. Put the cucumbers on top. Peel the garlic, cut into pieces. Add to cucumbers.
Dissolve the salt in mineral water.
Place the remaining herbs over the cucumbers. Pour with brine (it should cover the cucumbers).
Cover with a plate and leave at room temperature overnight.
Lightly salted cucumbers in mineral water are ready. Refrigerate or roll up for the winter.
