Lightly Salted Red Fish

It is not difficult to cook lightly salted red fish at home. Very tasty and fast!

Ingredients

  • Fillet of red fish (salmon) – 400 g
  • Coarse salt (sea) – 4 teaspoon
  • Sugar – 2 teaspoon
  • Seasoning, dry mixture (dill, parsley, cilantro) – 2 teaspoon.

How to make lightly salted red fish:

Directions

  1. Peel the fillet of red fish from the skin.
  2. Mix salt, sugar, and spices to taste.
  3. Grate the fish from all sides.
  4. Wrap the fish in several layers of cheesecloth and put in a ceramic or glass dish in the refrigerator.
  5. After 24 hours we get the fish. Lightly salted red fish is ready. We remove excess salt and spices with a knife and enjoy a wonderful snack.
