A simple recipe for salting redfish at home. Salmon salted according to this recipe turns out to be very tasty and tender.
Ingredients
Salmon, fillet – 1 kg
Salt – 4 tbsp
Sugar – 2 tbsp
Directions
Mix salt and sugar in a separate bowl.
Pour some of the mixtures on the bottom of the glass dish and put the salmon fillets on top, skin side down. Sprinkle the rest of the mixture evenly on top. Put in a cool place for 12 hours.
After 12 hours, the remaining salt can be cleaned with a knife or washed off with water. Store lightly salted salmon in the refrigerator for 5 days. You can cut the fish into chunks and store them in the freezer.
Home-made lightly salted salmon turns out to be very tasty and tender. Cut with a knife-like butter and melt in your mouth.
