  • Zucchini (zucchini) – 300 g
  • Garlic – 1 clove
  • Vegetable oil – 3 tbsp
  • White wine vinegar – 1 tbsp
  • Soy sauce – 1 tbsp
  • Cilantro – a few twigs
  • Sea salt – to taste

  1. For this recipe, young squash with soft seeds or zucchini are suitable. Wash and dry vegetables and herbs.

  2. Finely chop the zucchini into circles on a slicer.
  3. Put the zucchini in a tight ziplock bag. Chop cilantro and garlic, add to the zucchini bag.
  4. Pour vegetable oil, white wine vinegar and soy sauce into a small jar, add salt.
  5. Close the jar with a lid and shake well. Pour the dressing into a bag.
  6. Close the clasp on the bag, mix everything well and leave the zucchini to marinate for 5 minutes.
