Ingredients

  • 4 tablespoon, heaped buckwheat, finely ground
  • 1 cup hot water or black tea or cocoa, approx. 25 ml
  • 1 pinch (s) salt
  • 1 tablespoon sweet cream or sour cream
  • 1 teaspoon jam or jam, e.g. orange jam or nut cream
  • 1 handful berries, e.g. raspberries or other fruit e.g. bananas
  • sugar, optionally vanilla sugar or honey
  • 1 teaspoon parmesan, freshly grated
  • Herbs, chopped

Instructions

  1. Put the buckwheat meal and a pinch of salt in a cereal bowl and gradually pour hot water, black tea or cocoa over it. Stir until the meal has absorbed the liquid and the desired consistency has been achieved.
  2. Can be prepared individually at the breakfast table, varied with any ingredients, sweet or savory.
