Ingredients

  • 100 g muesli (ready-made mixture or mixed yourself from flakes, kernels, nuts, fruits, etc.)
  • 300 g natural yourt
  • 200 ml orange juice (freshly squeezed or from the cooling shelf)
  • 1 banana (s) or small handful strawberries, raspberries or blueberries, optional
  • some ice cubes, optional

Instructions

  1. Put the granola in the blender and grind to a fine powder for a few seconds. Add yoghurt and juice and mix everything at the highest level to make a creamy drink. If you like, you can add fresh banana or berries and stir them in well. If you like it more refreshing, you can add a few ice cubes.
  2. It is important to use a strong stand mixer or high-performance mixer that can both finely chop the dry muesli and process the ice cubes into crushed ice. Unfortunately, you won`t get very far with a hand blender.
  3. Alternatively, you can soak the muesli overnight in the refrigerator in the yogurt and juice and puree it well with a hand blender the next day.
