Instructions

  1. For 1 liter.
  2. Squeeze the limes. Briefly heat the juice together with the sugar and citric acid.
  3. As soon as the mixture is hot and the sugar has melted a little, add the mint stalks to the pot and simmer for about 10 minutes, stirring constantly. Then pour the syrup into a bottle and let it cool down.
  4. The syrup tastes great simply mixed with mineral water.
