Ingredients

  • 1 kg low-fat quark
  • 3 lime (s), untreated
  • 400 g whipped cream
  • 100 g suar
  • 250 ml mango (s) (mango puree)

Instructions

  1. Rub the peel of an (untreated!) Lime. Squeeze out all of the limes. Dissolve the sugar in the lime juice.
  2. Mix the sugared lime juice, lime zest and quark well with the hand mixer. Whip the cream until stiff and fold in.
  3. Put half of the lime curd in a bowl. Spread part of the mango puree on top and mix in gently with a spoon so that a marble pattern is created. Put the rest of the quark on top and do the same.
