Lime Strawberries with Apple and Strawberry Cream and Lemon Balm

• 200 g strawberries
• Lime juice, fresher
• 1 cup cream, 200 g
• 2 tablespoon strawberry syrup
• 0.5 ½ apple
• 2 sprigs lemon balm

Instructions

1. Clean, wash, halve or quarter the strawberries and sprinkle with lime juice.
2. Whip the cream until stiff. Wash, core and dice the apple very finely. Fold the apple cubes and the syrup into the cream.
3. Serve the strawberries with the cream and put the lemon balm on top.
