Ingredients

  • 250 ml cream
  • 300 g yourt
  • 75 g powdered suar
  • 1 lemon (s), zest and juice it
  • 175 ml liqueur (Limoncello, Italian lemon liqueur)

Instructions

  1. Whip the cream until stiff. Mix together yogurt, powdered sugar, lemon juice, lemon zest and 75 ml limoncello. Stir in the cream and let the mixture freeze in the ice cream maker.
  2. Drizzle with limoncello to serve.
