Ingredients

  • 600 g jacket potato (s), boiled
  • 0.5 ½ bunch parsley

For the dough:

  • 125 g flour
  • 4 egg (s)
  • 0.25 liter ¼ milk
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • Pepper, whiter
  • Nutmeg, grated
  • 4 tablespoon fat

Instructions

  1. Peel and slice jacket potatoes. Wash and chop parsley.
  2. Mix the flour with the eggs and milk in a bowl. Season to taste with salt, pepper and nutmeg.
  3. Heat 1 tablespoon of fat in portions in a pan and fry a quarter of the potato each. Pour over a quarter of the batter and fry for about 5 minutes. Gently turn the pancake and fry the other side for about 3 minutes. Keep warm until all four pancakes are fried.
  4. Sprinkle with parsley and serve.
  5. A mixed salad goes very well with it.
