Ingredients

  • 2 packs scampi
  • 350 g pasta (linuine)
  • 1 large clove garlic
  • 300 ml milk
  • 200 ml cream
  • 1 packet crab soup paste

Instructions

  1. Cook the pasta in salted water until al dente.
  2. Meanwhile, fry the scampi in the garlic and oil. Add the milk, cream and the crab soup paste. The crab soup paste will automatically make the sauce thicker.
  3. Season with salt and pepper and mix with the pasta.
