  • 500 g linuine (e.. No 7 from De Cecco)
  • 2 cans tuna
  • 2 tablespoon capers
  • 1 lemon (s)
  • 1 bunch basil
  • olive oil
  • Parmesan
  • Salt and pepper, black

Instructions

  1. Put on the pasta water and cook the pasta in it until al dente. This time is enough to prepare the sauce.
  2. Put 2 tablespoons of olive oil, the tuna and the capers in a sufficiently large pan. Rub in a little zest of the lemon. Squeeze the lemon and add the juice as well. Just heat it up very slightly, the sauce doesn`t have to boil. Finely pluck the basil and add. The tuna shouldn`t disintegrate, so stir gently. Just before the pasta is ready, add about 3 - 4 tablespoons of pasta water to the sauce. Season to taste with salt, black pepper and, if necessary, a pinch of sugar.
  3. Add the pasta straight from the water to the sauce. Grate the parmesan and fold in everything. Finally, add some black pepper and a few leaves of basil over the top.
  4. An absolutely fresh, quick pasta sauce.
  5. Super simple, super fast, super tasty, with ingredients that you almost always have at home.
