Ingredients

  • 3 bell pepper (s)
  • 3 medium tomato (s)
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 1 tablespoon, heaped parsley
  • 1 tablespoon basil
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 250 g linuine
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

  1. Wash the peppers and grill at 180 degrees for 30-40 minutes. Take the peppers out of the oven and peel them, you will see they can be peeled very easily. Cut an X at the bottom of the tomatoes and blanch in boiling water for 20 seconds. Then peel off the skin and cut the pulp into cubes.
  2. Heat some olive oil in a pan. Put the chopped tomatoes and the chopped peppers in the pan. Finely chop the garlic clove and add to the tomatoes. Let everything simmer for about 2 - 3 minutes on medium heat and finally puree the tomatoes and peppers with a blender.
  3. In the meantime, cook the pasta in plenty of salted water according to the instructions on the packet. Chop and add the parsley and basil, season with salt and pepper.
