Ingredients

  • 500 g low-fat quark
  • 1 onion (s), red or spring onion
  • 2 tablespoon linseed oil
  • 1 teaspoon dill
  • 1 tablespoon chives rolls
  • Salt and pepper, from the mill
  • 1 pinch (s) paprika powder, noble sweet

Instructions

  1. Peel the onion, chop it finely, sprinkle with salt and let it steep a little. Cut the chives into rolls, finely chop the dill. Mix the quark with the spices and linseed oil. Mix in the chopped onion and herbs and let everything steep for about 1 hour.
  2. Jacket potatoes also taste good.
