Ingredients

  • 150 g flowers - leaves the rose, stronly frarant
  • 0.5 liter ½ schnapps (grain)
  • 750 g suar
  • 0.5 liter ½ water

Instructions

  1. Wash and dry the rose petals, then put them in a bottle and fill with grain. Close the bottle and keep it dark.
  2. After a fortnight, make a syrup from water and sugar and let it cool. Then add to the rose petal alcohol mixture. Filter the whole thing through a cloth and fill into a bottle and store in a cool place for a few weeks.
