- 3 pickled cucumber (s), finely chopped
- 4 tablespoon mayonnaise (e.g. Hellmans)

- Cook the unpeeled potatoes, carrots and eggs separately. Let cool down. Then peel the potatoes and eggs. Chop it together with the carrots and place in a bowl. Add the peas and the pickles, cut into small pieces. Mix in the mayonnaise. Then season to taste and then serve.
- Bread tastes good with it. The salad can also be served as an accompaniment to meat dishes.
