  • 10 tablespoon peas, green (can)
  • 3 pickled cucumber (s), finely chopped
  • 4 tablespoon mayonnaise (e.g. Hellmans)
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

  1. Cook the unpeeled potatoes, carrots and eggs separately. Let cool down. Then peel the potatoes and eggs. Chop it together with the carrots and place in a bowl. Add the peas and the pickles, cut into small pieces. Mix in the mayonnaise. Then season to taste and then serve.
  2. Bread tastes good with it. The salad can also be served as an accompaniment to meat dishes.
