Ingredients

  • 70 g mararine (e.. Sanella)
  • 100 g suar
  • 2 egg (s)
  • 140 g flour
  • 1 teaspoon Baking powder
  • 2 tablespoon Nutella
  • 1 glass sour cherries
  • 500 g quark
  • 100 g suar
  • 2 packs vanilla sugar
  • 500 ml cream
  • 4 packs cream stabilizer
  • 1 pack cake icing, red

Instructions

  1. Make a batter from margarine, 100 g sugar, eggs, flour and baking powder.
  2. Halve the dough and place the first half in a greased springform pan. Mix the second half of the dough with Nutella and pour onto the light dough in the springform pan.
  3. Drain the sour cherries well while collecting the juice. Now place the cherries on the dough.
  4. Now bake the cake for approx. 45 minutes at 150 ° C in the preheated oven.
  5. Take the cake out of the oven, let it cool down and place it on a cake plate (which should fit in the fridge). Now either place a cake ring (if available) or the edge of the springform pan around the cake.
  6. Mix the quark, 100 g sugar and vanilla sugar. Beat the cream with the cream stiffener and then fold into the quark mixture.
  7. Now put this cream on the cake.
  8. Make a cake glaze from the cherry juice (no longer sweeten it!) And spread it on the cream.
  9. Now put in the fridge for about 1 hour and then serve.
