- 10 g butter
- 1 sheet iceberg lettuce
- 1 piece (s) apple, cut into 4 thin wedges
- Lemon juice
- 30 g cheese (Gouda), youn

- Brush multigrain bread with butter and cut in half. Cover one half with washed iceberg lettuce. Drizzle the apple wedges with a little lemon juice to prevent them from turning brown. Place the apple wedges with Gouda cheese on the salad. Cover with the other half of the bread.
