  • 4 egg (s)
  • 300 ml milk, warm
  • 1 bunch parsley
  • 2 kg meat (meat loaf)
  • salt and pepper
  • nutmeg
  • roasted onions

Instructions

  1. Cut the pretzels into approx. 1 cm wide slices. Wash the parsley, pat dry and finely chop. Put the pretzel slices and the chopped parsley together with the warm milk and eggs in a mixing bowl and mix everything together well. When the pretzel slices are soaked, season with salt, pepper and nutmeg.
  2. Grease a springform pan or line it with baking paper, pour in the pretzel mixture and press on. Pour the meat loaf on top and also press on. Sprinkle with the fried onions and press them down a little.
  3. Bake in a preheated oven at 180 ° C for about 60 minutes.
  4. Fried potatoes and fried eggs or salad go well with it.
