Ingredients

  • 0.75 liters ¾ milk, (hot)
  • 3 egg (s)
  • 1 onion (s)
  • 1 large carrot (s), cleaned
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • salt and pepper
  • marjoram
  • 500 g liver (s)

Instructions

  1. Pour the hot milk over the dumpling bread in a larger bowl and let it steep for a while, covered.
  2. Finely chop the vegetables and liver (best to turn through the meat grinder) and add to the dumpling bread with the other ingredients and work through well with your hands. Shape dumplings and bake in the deep fryer at 160 ° C for about 8 minutes, remove and drain in a sieve.
