  • 1 ring / e liver sausage (homemade). medium to fine
  • 1 kg potato (s)
  • 3 onion (s), diced
  • 0.5 ½ bunch parsley
  • salt
  • pepper
  • Paprika powder
  • milk
  • butter

Instructions

  1. Boil the potatoes into jacket potatoes the day before.
  2. Cut into slices the next day. Line a greased baking dish with a layer of potatoes. Season with paprika, salt and pepper. Cut the liver sausage into slices and place on the potatoes. Spread part of the onions on the sausage. It continues like this until the mold is full. The top layer should be potatoes. Spread the rest of the onion on the top potatoes. Season again and put flakes of butter on top. Then pour up with milk. Put in the oven at 180 degrees and bake for about 40 minutes.
  3. Specification varies a bit, the potato slices should be nice and brown on top. Sprinkle with the chopped parsley a few minutes before the end.
  4. A green salad goes well with it.
