Ingredients

  • 1 kg chicken liver (s)
  • 40 slices breakfast bacon
  • Pepper, more colorful, freshly ground

For the marinade:

  • 1 jar olives, green without core, drained weight: 35 g
  • 1 teaspoon caraway seeds, ground
  • 1 teaspoon paprika powder, noble sweet
  • 100 ml olive oil

Instructions

  1. Rinse the liver and pat dry. Wrap a piece of liver with a slice of breakfast ham and then stick it on wooden skewers. Puree the olives and mix with the remaining ingredients for the marinade. Sprinkle the skewers with the colorful, freshly ground pepper and place in a bowl. Spread the marinade evenly on the skewers and cover and chill overnight.
  2. Cook the skewers in the oven on the lower rack at 200 ° C (top / bottom heat) for about 30 minutes (turn after 15 minutes).
