Instructions

  1. Wash and peel the liver and turn it through the meat grinder. Sauté finely weighed onions and parsley in fat and add to the liver. Beat the butter until foamy, add breadcrumbs, egg and spices to the liver. Put the dough through a spaetzle strainer into the broth. Let cook for about 10 minutes.
