Ingredients

  • 250 g spaetzle or other noodles
  • Salt water
  • 400 g pork loin (s), sliced
  • 4 tomato (s) (vine tomatoes), finely chopped
  • 1 medium onion (s), cut into small pieces
  • 200 g cheese (Gouda), rated
  • 100 ml vegetable stock
  • 100 ml cream
  • salt and pepper
  • possibly chili powder
  • some oil for frying
  • Fat for the shape

Instructions

  1. Pre-cook the noodles in salted water until they are firm to the bite. Fry the loin slices in a little oil, remove from the pan and keep warm.
  2. Sauté the onions and tomatoes and deglaze with the vegetable stock and cream and season with salt and pepper, if you like a little chili powder.
  3. Spread the pasta in a greased casserole dish and then place the loin slices on top. Pour the sauce over it and sprinkle with the grated cheese. Then bake the whole thing at 180 ° C for about 20 minutes.
